The My Policy HQ service provides Cigna Supplemental policy holders with information in regards to their policy and coverage details, claim history, and the ability to update their contact information (i.e. phone number, address). My Policy HQ is a must for Cigna customers looking to get the most out of their supplemental account. The service will also allow policy holders to update the way they want to pay (i.e. switch from one credit card to another as a form of payment). Those who are new to the My Policy HQ service will have to go through a 4 step registration process in which they will have to agree to the terms of service, provide their date of birth, state in which they reside, and Cigna contract number. The registration process should take about 5 minutes to complete and the contract number can be found on the welcome package from Cigna. Those who want to opt out of the SMS service can text “STOP” to 28963 from a mobile phone and Cigna will unsubscribe them from this bothersome SMS text messaging service immediately with a confirmation text message sent via mobile phone (once the text has been confirmed the policy holder will NOT receive any additional message until they re-register on the My Policy HQ website).
